Definition of Discount Offers

Your cloud resources shall be billed in accordance with the standard pricing specified on the official website of the public cloud original vendor.

I. EC2 instances meeting the following criteria are eligible for an additional 35% discount off the on-demand list price on the official website (equivalent to 65% of the original price):

1. Deployed in the Tokyo/Singapore/Frankfurt/Oregon regions;

2. Of the c7i/m7i/r7i instance types;

3. Using AMIs with no additional license fees, excluding AMIs for RHEL, MAC, and Windows, as well as AMIs pre-installed with SQL or other software subject to extra charges;

4. Running for 28 days or more on a pay-as-you-go basis (as per the public cloud original vendor's billing rules) within a single calendar month.

II. EC2 instances ineligible for the 35% discount but meeting the following criteria are eligible for a 25% discount off the on-demand list price on the official website (equivalent to 75% of the original price):

1. Deployed in all overseas regions of the overseas public cloud;

2. Covering all EC2 instance types and sizes, excluding t-series instances and instances of medium size or smaller;

3. Using AMIs with no additional license fees, excluding AMIs for RHEL, MAC, and Windows, as well as AMIs pre-installed with SQL or other software subject to extra charges;

4. Running for 28 days or more on a pay-as-you-go basis (as per the public cloud original vendor's billing rules) within a single calendar month.

III. For other cloud resource fees not applicable to the above offers (excluding third-party resources purchased directly from the public cloud original vendor), a 15% discount off the original vendor's bill (equivalent to 85% of the original price) shall apply.

Explanation of Terms and Offer Details

I. The relevant cloud products must be purchased on behalf and confirmed by China Telecom Global Limited in order to enjoy the corresponding offers above. You can only avail yourself of the aforementioned corresponding offers through the public cloud account provided by China Telecom Global Limited.

II. The above offers are only applicable to annual/monthly contracts signed with China Telecom Global Limited.

III. Third - party products purchased through the Marketplace do not enjoy the above offers.
