To: China Telecom Global Limited (“CTG”)

As for the relevant Cloud Services CTG is to provide or providing to us (“Services”), we hereby warrant and covenant to CTG as below.

1. We shall abide by all the applicable laws, regulations, rules and provisions that are legally binding, and strictly implement all the relevant rules and regulations on information security management.

2. We shall fulfil the following security protection responsibilities:

（1） to be responsible for the security protection of the network and establish and perfect rules for security protection;

（2） to implement technical measures for security protection to ensure the operation security and information security of the network;

（3） shall not use the Services to infringe on end-users' freedom of communication and communication secrets;

（4） to be responsible for the security education and training of the end-users of the Services.

3. We shall not, in violation of the applicable laws, use the Services to conduct any international business nor conduct any telecommunication business without a license and shall use the Services for internal office use only.

4. We shall not use the Services or business platform provided by CTG to produce, search, duplicate or disseminate any information containing any of the following contents:

（1） violating the applicable laws, regulations or rules ;

（2） involving national confidential or security information;

（3） feudalistic superstitions, obscenities, pornography, or incites crime;

（4） lottery or gambling games in violation of applicable laws;

（5） against nationality or religious policies of the relevant countries or regions;

（6） jeopardizing internet security;

（7） infringing the legitimate rights and interests of others, or doing harm to social order and security or public ethics.

In the event of any breach of this letter of undertaking or applicable laws or regulations on our part, CTG is entitled to take corresponding measures at any time, including but not limited to suspend or stop the Services, or even terminate the Cloud service agreement entered between CTG and us (“Service Agreement”) and take back all the resources assigned to us under the Service Agreement. We shall assume all the legal liabilities arising from the above breach and CTG shall be free from any liability therefrom. For all the direct or indirect losses resulting from end user’s acts or omission, CTG reserves all the rights to claim from us and/or the end-user.

We acknowledge and consent this letter of undertaking, being part of the Service Agreement, shall take effect at the same time with the Service Agreement and will be kept by CTG.

We acknowledge and consent this letter of undertaking is subject to update by CTG from time to time and the latest version shall be the one published in CTG’s official website (www.ctcloud.com). We will review the above website in a timely manner to learn the latest updates. If we have any question, we will contact CTG promptly.
